This location is popular with the ultralight aviators because of its weather, which is better than anywhere else in the Lower Mainland, picturesque views of Boundary Bay and Mt. Public Transit DirectionsTake SkyTrain to SURREY CENTRAL STATION, take BUS #321(WHITE ROCK) at BAY #9 that runs every 1/2 hour or so, get off at the NEXT STOP AFTER HWY 10. The bus stops near the parking lot of King George Airpark, which is on the same side of King George Hwy. On your return trip board the same bus on the opposite side of King George Hwy. Driving DirectionsThe King George Airpark is located on 4981 King George Highway, Surrey, BC. Use the interactive map below to decide on your route to King George Highway. If you're going South on King George Highway, cross the intersection with Highway 10 and take first right exit after the railroad overpass. Immediately make left turn to enter the parking lot. If you're going North, take right exit before entering the railroad overpass preceding the intersection with Highway 10, make two left turns at the following stop signs and look for the parking lot on your right. Once on the parking lot, stop by the office and ask for Mikhail or Victor. If the office is closed, proceed to the airfield staying alert for running aircrafts and look for us near or inside beautiful 20 feet high white hangar towering above local buildings. |
